Agreement Overview

This Agreement is entered into by and between CineParadox Production (“Company / Photographer / Agency”)

and the Client, including the Client’s representatives, family members, employees, or assigns. The Client confirms

legal authority to enter into this Agreement. CineParadox operates as an independent contractor.

Copyright & Ownership

All photographs, videos, films, reels, albums, invitation videos, and creative works remain the exclusive intellectual

property of CineParadox worldwide. The Client is granted personal, non-commercial usage rights only unless

otherwise agreed in writing.

Display & Promotion Rights

The Client permits CineParadox to display selected photos and videos for portfolio, website, social media,

advertising, and promotional use. Written refusal must be submitted before the event. Verbal or post-event

objections are not accepted.

Coverage & Artistic Discretion

Coverage is subject to professional judgment, venue restrictions, lighting, weather, and crowd conditions. Exact

replication of references cannot be guaranteed. CineParadox is not responsible for venue-imposed limitations or

obstructed views.

Requested Shots

Every reasonable effort will be made to capture requested moments, however no guarantee is provided due to the

uncontrolled nature of events.

Payment Policy

30% advance at booking (non-refundable), 50% before first event date, and 20% before final delivery. No

deliverables will be released until full payment is cleared.

On-Event Conditions

CineParadox will be the sole professional team unless agreed otherwise. Power supply, travel, accommodation,

and meals (if applicable) shall be provided by the Client.

Failure to Perform / Force Majeure

CineParadox shall not be liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control

including venue restrictions, natural disasters, or technical issues.

Cancellation & Postponement

Advance payments are non-refundable. Event dates once confirmed are reserved exclusively. Cancellation or

postponement by Client will not be eligible for refunds and may attract additional charges.

Delivery Policy

Edited photos and videos will be delivered within 45 days after photo selection. Data may be deleted after the

retention period. CineParadox is not responsible for courier damage.

Post-Production & Packages

Package adjustments and deductions apply only as per agreed terms. Song selections once finalized cannot be

changed without extra charges.

Invitation Videos

Invitation video pricing ranges from ■500 to ■1500 depending on customization and production quality.

Helping Hand

Client must assign one responsible coordinator to guide and approve coverage during events. Post-event disputes

will not be entertained.

Working Hours

Wedding: up to 15 hours/day. Other events: 4–6 hours/day. Pre-wedding: 6 hours/day. Extra hours charged

additionally.

Drone & Equipment Safety

Drone usage requires legal permissions. Laser lights may damage equipment; Client bears responsibility if

shooting is forced under such conditions.

Misconduct & Termination

Any misconduct, harassment, or non-payment authorizes CineParadox to terminate services immediately without

refund.

Final Clause

No part of any order or deliverable will be released until full payment is received.
